{"id":1596,"date":"2025-06-27T00:11:56","date_gmt":"2025-06-27T00:11:56","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/datajusta.cl\/?p=1596"},"modified":"2025-07-17T20:36:08","modified_gmt":"2025-07-17T20:36:08","slug":"estandares-internacionales-y-sus-desafios-actuales-data-justa-realizo-el-primer-taller-bianual-territorial-en-valdivia","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/datajusta.cl\/en\/noticias\/estandares-internacionales-y-sus-desafios-actuales-data-justa-realizo-el-primer-taller-bianual-territorial-en-valdivia\/","title":{"rendered":"International Standards and Current Challenges: Data Justa Holds Its First Biannual Territorial Workshop in Valdivia"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday, June 23, the <strong>First Biennial Territorial Workshop<\/strong> of the <em>Millennium Nucleus for Data Justa<\/em>, titled <em>\u201cEst\u00e1ndares internacionales en derechos humanos: aplicaci\u00f3n y desaf\u00edos en tres casos contempor\u00e1neos\u201d. <\/em>The activity took place in the Plenary Hall of the <strong>Facultad de Ciencias Jur\u00eddicas y Sociales de la Universidad Austral de Chile (UACh)<\/strong>, at the Isla Teja campus in Valdivia, and was broadcast live through the UACh Law School YouTube channel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This workshop marked a milestone within the project's territorial activities calendar, bringing together students, researchers, academic authorities, representatives of the State, institutions and civil society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The day began with welcoming remarks from the Regional Secretary of Justice and Human Rights of the Los R\u00edos Region, Jorge R\u00edos del R\u00edo, who highlighted the importance of the Millennium Nucleus:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis interdisciplinary scientific work on human rights is an important contribution to strengthening the human rights culture in our region and the entire country. The presentations then took place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The social psychologist and international consultant,<strong> Olga Rebolledo<\/strong>, opened with her presentation <em>\u201cReparar desde la ra\u00edz\u201d<\/em>, focused on psychosocial work with victims of trafficking, gender violence, and forced migration in humanitarian contexts. The discussion highlighted the need to move toward public policies that integrate interdisciplinary and ethical approaches in providing support to victims of human rights violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The dean <strong>Daniela Accatino<\/strong> He highlighted the value of the project and the university's commitment to Data Justa's work:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>\u201cThis core group represents an initiative deeply committed to issues of high social relevance: the protection and exercise of fundamental rights, especially in contexts where these are threatened or weakened by conditions of structural vulnerability.
