We present this undergraduate thesis by Ariane Carvajal Candia, focused on the evaluation of databases and information security practices in contexts of human rights violations. The study examines the case of the Commission on Victims of Institutional Violence, proposing guidelines to strengthen the recording, safeguarding, and management of sensitive information concerning victims of the social uprising in Chile.
