Training
Data Justa aims to contribute to the development of advanced human capital through training in the field of human rights from a critical and interdisciplinary perspective. The initiative seeks to integrate ethical approaches, promote victim participation, and prevent revictimization—working in collaboration with academia, the State, and affected communities.
The planned activities in this area include:

Biannual territorial workshops
The territorial workshops will be held twice a year to promote exchange among researchers, academics, state professionals, and civil society organizations. These workshops will target young researchers, professionals from state agencies providing services to victims of human rights violations, and other stakeholders interested in this training. Through these workshops, participants will engage with theoretical, methodological, and ethical aspects of research, as well as topics related to specially protected groups and international standards, among others.

Integration into academic networks
Young researchers are expected to actively participate in academic debates, collaborate with principal researchers in the preparation of reports and publications, and engage in joint efforts, thereby contributing to the production of knowledge in this field of study.

Undergraduate and Graduate Thesis Students
We will involve undergraduate, master's, and doctoral thesis students from collaborating universities, with the goal of contributing to the development of new generations committed to social justice and human rights.
